Burn Out Recovery

Good day everyone!

I hope you've all had a good week. Personally, I've been quite exhausted. I spent the past week and a half running around doing some super fun stuff. However, that culminated in a lot of burn out. I'm going to take this week off from posting, meaning this post will be the only content to come out this week.


I still want to have a short discussion about burn out. I'm prone to burn out as someone with ADHD. Often this burn out only applies to certain tasks for me. For example, my social burn out comes much faster than my creative burn out. Due to the amount of tasks I took part in this past week and a half, the burn out is affect on all aspects of my life.


That's why I've decided not to post a story or any kind of blog content this week. What I've been creating the past few days hasn't been up to my standards. My goal with this blog is to post high quality content. High quality comes with understanding your limits and knowing when to rest. It's not because I think everything I've created these past days isn't valuable- with some editing, it's content I can use. But right now, I think I'll spend the day playing the Sims 4 and regain some energy. Can't get enough of my writing? Read some of the related posts!
